职位描述
SUMMARY

Responsible for the installation and commissioning of the welding machine equipment sold to customers, train company staff and engineers on customers’ production site, solve quality issues on-site and provide qualified after-sales service of the equipment. Manage and maintain the show room and equipment. Maintain and coordinate customer relationship to meet customer's internal requirements. This position requires extensive communications with whole commercial department and customer service as well.

负责安装和调试公司销售给客户的焊机设备，培训公司技术人员及培训客户的现场人员，解决客户的问题和提供焊机相关的售后服务。管理并维护公司展房及所属设备；管理维护施工所属设备及附件。维护和协调客户关系，满足客户的内部需要。此职位需要和销售总监及整个销售团队、客户服务部门等进行广泛的沟通。

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Responsible for after-sales service, including equipment installation, commissioning, training, etc.

负责售后服务工作，包含设备的安装、调试、培训等；

2. Plan and deal with customer maintenance plan.

规划并处理客户的维保计划；

3. Regularly update technical reports and analyze the problems of the product to classify and handle.

定期做技术报告，并对产品出现的问题进行分析归类并作处理；

4. Capable of doing other ad-hoc job responsibility designated by managers in accordance with his task.

能够根据其工作接受管理人员分配的其他任何工作；

Job Requirements Includes not limited to the following.

岗位要求：包括不仅限于以下

1. Bachelor degree or above.

本科以上学历；

2. Preference on electrical, machinery, automation, and other related majors.

电气、机械、自动化等相关专业优先；

3. Skilled in using office software, English level 4 or above, able to have basic communication in oral and writing.

熟练使用办公软件，英语四级以上，能够进行简单沟通和书写；

4. Strong hands-on ability, strong learning ability, strong communication skills, and hardworking spirit.

动手能力强，学习能力强，沟通能力强，具备灵活处理问题的能力，吃苦耐劳；

5. Extensive travelling is required and must be willing to relocate.

需要经常的出差，愿意接受工作地点的调动；

6. We will provide ‘flexible working hours’ for this job.
